A panel of professionals will address a number of college related issues, including:

  • How the law in Illinois addresses educational expenses

  • What qualifies as an educational expense

  • How colleges determine financial aid awards

  • The difference between loans, federal aid, state aid and other financial aid

  • Parent vs student obligations
